Today's Akweya word: ichi

Ichi is an Akweya can stand for yam or for question.
Yam is ichi. That's one way of using that word in Akweya.

It may also be used as a sentence in itself when referring to writing or playing, both words represented by "chi". When you say "Ichi" in this context in Akweya, you're either reporting that a person has played or has written, or you're asking the person to play or to write.

In the noun form of yam, you
may say, Mala ji ichi (I will eat yam, or depending on the tone of the mala component of the sentence, you may imply I was eating yam, or I am eating yam).
